Leaking ducts can cause static airdrop causing low airflow through supply vents. Returns not installed properly under housing or in attics could cause high humidity in the home or office, thus causing mold and mildew. Oversized units could also cause the same issues. Units should never be oversized according to load calculations that were originally done.
A proper AC installation shouldn’t be a burden to a home or office. A qualified company such as C-Aire should install them. A happy customer is a customer that will call you back and refer you to other potential customers.
