A warranty from a service company such as C-Aire can and will cover any of your warranty needs. C-Aire can also cover warranties on equipment from other companies that have installed your units and you are not satisfied with your existing company, with the exception of labor, which should be a one-year labor minimum at least from your reputable company. Most residential units have a standard 5-year parts and compressor warranty all the way up to 10 years parts and compressor warranty. Residential customers need to check with your HVAC technician to see if your unit should be registered through the manufacturer for an additional 5 years part warranty.
Commercial HVAC units have the standard 1-year parts and 30 days labor warranty. Refrigeration such as coolers and freezers usually carry a 3-year parts and labor and 5-year compressor depending on the manufacturer. Ice machines vary from manufacturer also. Most come with a 3-year parts and labor warranty and 5 years on compressor. Remember to check with your technician to see what best fits your HVAC and Refrigeration warranty needs.
